Pricing & Guidelines for In-Home Lessons
Spring/Summer 2021
As the Greensleeves Music Teachers transition back into homes for in-person lessons, we request adherence to the protocol of safety precautions below. We recognize that lessons take place in the comfort of your home and thank you for taking these extra precautions with the safety of our teachers and your family in mind. Your support is greatly appreciated!
In addition, we have a new pricing structure effective 2021:
In-home lessons are $38 for 30 minutes, $53 for 45 minutes, and $68 for 60 minutes.
Virtual lessons are $32 for a 30-minute slot, $47 for 45 minutes and $62 for 60 minutes.
This fee change allows us to compensate our teachers competitively and in keeping with inflation and cost of living as they resume in-home lessons.
Safety Guidelines
Lesson Space
Please choose an open, aerated space for lessons that allows for 3-6 feet of separation between students and teachers (6+ feet separation for voice, woodwind and brass lessons).
Open windows and ventilate when possible.
Use of outdoor space, when reasonable, is encouraged for lessons.
Use of the lesson space during the lesson by other household members is discouraged.
Cleaning & Sanitation
Students and teachers should clean their hands before and after the lesson. Hand-washing with soap and water is ideal. Hand-sanitizer works too.
Shared instruments and materials (piano, keyboard, drumset, lesson books) should be sanitized before and after the lesson. An alcohol-based disinfectant is generally best*.

Please have tissues available in case of sneezes or coughs.
Masks, Covers & Shields
Masks should be worn by students and teachers for the duration of the lessons for all manual instruments.
For instruments that require mask removal (i.e. woodwinds and brass), please:
Utilize aerosol-blocking covers and shields.
Increase space between teachers and students.
Flute Air Shields | Aerosol Bell Covers (Sax, Trumpet, etc) | Washable Aerosol Bell Covers (Sax, Trumpet, etc)
