Greensleeves Recitals - June, 2020

The show must go on…line!

This year we are hosting the annual recitals online. All students (and teachers!) are invited to participate. We can’t wait to hear what you have been working on!

  1. Please sign up for your choice of “venue” below.

  2. Please submit your videos (less than 5 min) by Sunday, May 31st. Send the file to Leigh: greensleevesmusicmgmt@gmail.com | (610) 739-5855 | via Google Drive or Dropbox

Venue Options

YouTube: We will create a movie compilation of the performances and air it via Greensleeves’ YouTube channel in June (date TBD). It will be publicly viewable and sharable. It will be easy for friends and family to access.

Flipgrid: Flipgrid is a free online educational tool used for posting and sharing videos in a private forum. We will have a password-protected classroom site that will only be accessed by the participants (and their families) starting in June (date TBD). Teachers and students will each have a username for access.

Video Recording Tips:

  • Shoot your video horizontally (landscape), which will look better when viewed.

  • Duet performances can be recorded by your teacher during Zoom sessions with your permission.

  • Have fun and feel free to get creative!
